How to Return a Kohler Product
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the My Orders section and find the order that you wish to return all or part of.
3. From the Order page, click the Return button next to the item you wish to return.
4. Follow the steps until you reach the the Return Confirmation page.

Return timeline- 7 days return. Product once installed is not entitled for Returns under ‘7 Days Return’ policy. It will be entertained under standard warranty/claims policy.
